We just wrapped VRLA, the biggest virtual reality expo in the world. We shared our proprietary ‘VR audio’ tech with over 3000 content creators, developers, industry execs, investors, futurists, and press.

It was a truly amazing experience. Out of over 70 companies exhibiting, we were the only one focusing solely on VR audio.

We had a slew of VR audio demos, including:

  • Custom live-captures with spherical motion-tracked audio and video (via Samsung Gear)
  • Simulated movie theater experience with motion-tracked surround sound playback (via Samsung Gear)
  • First-of-their-kind AR demos with 360° audio (via ODG smartglasses)
  • Live ‘Battlefield 4’ gameplay with lifelike spatial audio & motion tracking(via PS4)

The response was overwhelmingly positive, reaffirming our stance that lifelike interactive audio is a vital to delivering full VR immersion.

We’re more excited than ever, and we’re working to build even more robust VR audio capture, creation, and playback tools in the coming months.

Below are a few of our favorite shots from VRLA. If you have any questions or partnership inquiries, we’re happy to chat!
